Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and other paid offerings of the ASAP Trial Ready software suite from ASAP Trial Technologies LLC (“ASAP”). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trials

Where offered, free trials let you evaluate the Services at no charge for the trial period. You may cancel any time before the trial ends from your billing page and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start and your payment method will be charged the then-current rate.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. You will not be billed for subsequent months after the cancellation date.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if you request cancellation within the first thirty (30) days of the initial annual term and you have not materially used the Services (for example, processed more than a de minimis volume of documents, transcripts, or video minutes). After day 30, or upon material use, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the then-current term. Renewal terms are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@asaptrialready.com from the email address on your account with: (a) the account/firm name, (b) the invoice or charge date, and (c) the reason for the refund request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Exceptions

• Service interruption credits: If we materially fail to deliver the Services for an extended period, we may, at our discretion, issue a service credit in lieu of a refund.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of the Terms and may result in suspension of your account.
• Add-ons and overages: One-time charges, usage-based overages, and professional-services fees are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Termination by ASAP

If we terminate your account for breach of the Terms (including unauthorized PHI uploads without a Business Associate Agreement), no refund is due.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue described in our Terms of Service.
